Subscription Terms
1. Free trial
We may provide a free trial subscription for our service. You will be automatically charged the price displayed on the payment screen for the selected subscription period unless you cancel no less than 24 hours before the end of the free trial.
2. Subscription
The subscription will automatically renew at the conclusion of each period (each week, month, 6 months, year, or otherwise, depending on the option you choose at the time of purchase) until canceled by you.
3. Payment method
Payment will be debited from the payment method you provided at the time of purchase upon confirmation of purchase. You authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to the payment method that you provide.
4. Cancellation
Canceling your subscription will disable automatic renewal, but you will retain access to all subscription features for the remaining duration of your current period. Please be aware that deleting the app does not cancel your subscriptions.
If you purchased a subscription or enabled a free trial on the App Store: You can cancel a free trial or a subscription at any time by disabling auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings. To prevent charges, cancel the subscription in your Apple ID account settings at least 24 hours before the conclusion of the free trial or the current subscription period. If you purchased a subscription or enabled a free trial on Google Play: You can cancel a free trial or a subscription at any time by turning off auto-renewal in your Google Play account settings. To avoid charges, cancel the subscription in your account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial or the current subscription period. Only you can manage your subscriptions. If you purchased a subscription or enabled a free trial on our website: You can cancel a free trial or a subscription by contacting our support at [email protected] or by clicking the "Cancel Subscription" button in your account on our website before the conclusion of the free trial or the current subscription period.
5. Changes
To the fullest extent permissible under applicable laws, we reserve the right to modify subscription fees at any time. We will provide you with reasonable notice of any such pricing changes by publishing the new prices on the app and/or by sending you an email notification, or through other conspicuous means. If you do not agree to the new fees, you can cancel the relevant subscription before the change takes effect.
6. Refunds
If you purchased a subscription or enabled a free trial on the App Store: If you are eligible for a refund, you must request it directly from Apple. To request a refund, follow the instructions provided on Apple's support page.
If you purchased a subscription or enabled a free trial on Google Play: If you are eligible for a refund, you must request it directly from Google.
